As one important indicators competitiveness, performed evaluation. Moreover, combination decision-making techniques employed evaluation, weighting, ranking losses attributes electricity network. result, most effective factors developing were identified, alternative improve trend modification optimisation activities determined. In context, technical ranked as first non-technical second criteria.
